Viva Las Vegas
I am a very spontaneous person, so when my fiancé suggested that we go to Las Vegas together to celebrate our bachelor and bachelorette parties I thought it was an awesome idea!We each brought 3 of our closest friends with us. All 8 of us flew down to Vegas from Salt Lake City on a Friday morning. We stayed at the Bellagio, a 5 star luxury hotel in the center of the famous Las Vegas Strip. The hotel was a bit expensive but yeah you only get 1 bachelorette party!
On our first night in Vegas we all stayed in at the hotel. It was a beautiful place, they have 1000 fountains and a lovely botanical garden. That night we went to see the Cirque du Soliel which is also at the hotel and then we naturally went gambling a little.
The next night, Saturday, our groups separated and the guys went to a female strip club to celebrate my fiancé's bachelor party and us girls went straight to the Excalibur Hotel to see the male strippers at the show called Australia's Thunder from Down Under. What a great time we had! These guys we so hot I wanted to move to Australia! I even bought my fiancé a black g-string from the show!
The following day after our completely classic bachelor and bachelorette parties my crazy fiancé suggested something strange. He said he wanted to call off our huge church wedding back in Salt Lake City and get married right now in Vegas! And that is exactly what we did! After our last night out as single people my fiancé and I became husband and wife on a beautiful Sunday night at a drive-thru wedding chapel. Talk about spontaneity!
